Seasonal Team Member - Greggs

Team Member – £12.83 per hour

Shifts: Between 5am and 8pm

Location: Lancaster Services, M6 J32/33, White Carr Ln, Bay Horse, Lancaster LA2 9DU

Your Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Producing a range of:
    • Hot food
    • Baked goods
    • Beverages throughout the day
  • Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
  • Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
  • Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
  • Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
  • Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
  • Helping prepare the store and kitchen for the following day’s trade
