Customer Service Team Member – Welcome Break, Sedgemoor
Location: BS24 0JL Hours: Flexible full-time or part-time Rate: Up to £12.85 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift
About the Role

As a Customer Service Team Member at Welcome Break, you’ll be the friendly face our customers see first. Whether you’re helping someone find what they need or keeping the site running smoothly, you’ll play a big part in delivering a great experience for customers on the move.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a smile and assist them confidently
- Maintain tidy customer seating areas (tables, counters, floors, and toilets if required)
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Complete expected checks and cleaning tasks and escalate customer issues as needed
