Second Charge Mortgage Broker
London - Office Based offering hybrid after probation
£35,000-£40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £80,000+
Are you an experienced Mortgage Broker ready to take your earnings and career to the next level?
We're working with a highly successful specialist finance brokerage that's continuing to grow and is looking to welcome experienced brokers into its secured lending team. If you're CeMAP qualified, enjoy advising customers, and want a steady flow of quality enquiries without spending your day chasing leads, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
The Opportunity
You'll be advising customers who already have an existing mortgage and are looking at Second Charge lending solutions for home improvements, debt consolidation, business investment, and other borrowing requirements.

What You'll Need
- CeMAP qualified with residential mortgage advising experience.
- Confident managing a wide range of customer circumstances, including more complex cases.
- A customer-first approach with strong compliance standards.
- Motivated by achieving excellent results and being rewarded for your success.
