Second Chef
Embark on a new culinary journey as our Second Chef, supporting our Head Chef. If you're passionate about crafting delightful dishes and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want you on our team. There is a unique twist - early morning starts from 3 am - but our variety of shifts promise a vibrant and ever-changing work landscape.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guests always leave happy. Your role includes maintaining brand standards and food quality, and collaborating with our award-winning food team, contributing to our collective success and maintaining the excellence that our brands are known for.

What we're looking for in our Second Chef...
Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants. In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques. Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency. Understanding of hospitality management. Awareness of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws. Excel in communication and leadership skills. Awesome at organising and multitasking. Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
