Job Title: Second Line Support Engineer
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Hereford (Hybrid)
Salary: Hoople Band C £27,427 - £34,456 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 19th July 2026
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hoople IT Service Desk, looking after a wide range of public and private sector customers!
You will be working in a team-based environment in a 2nd line support role providing support to customers, managing your own workload to maximise resolution of support requests within SLA timescales.
You will require excellent technical skills and have proven experience of delivering excellent customer service.
You will have experience of working and supporting IT users in a business environment.
This role offers a great opportunity for a technically minded individual to be part of an enthusiastic team in an enterprise setting supporting in excess of 8000 users, using enterprise based IT tools, systems and infrastructure.
