Join a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that is committed to investing in its people, offering continuous development, strong leadership, and exposure to a diverse range of technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, working across varied technologies, and delivering high-quality support to customers. Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd line technical support across a range of client environments Manage and prioritise helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution Troubleshoot and resolve issues both remotely and on-site Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships Liaise with vendors and third-party providers where required Requirements Previous experience in a 2nd line support role, ideally within an MSP/VAR environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable working across multiple technologies and client environments Excellent communication and customer-facing skills What’s on Offer Competitive salary Ongoing training and career development Exposure to a wide range of technologies Supportive leadership within an award-winning MSP
