Second Line Support Engineer
Job Title: 2nd Line Support Engineer Industry: Public Sector Day: £250 - £280 (Inside IR35) Duration: 6 months Location: Leeds (Onsite)
The Role Providing full second line support Work with the helpdesk team to resolve support calls. Escalate and work with third parties to resolve issues. Employ excellent exercise techniques and processes to assist and preserve desktops, laptops and cell devices, and to research and solve desktop, pc and cell tool associated incidents Build desktops, laptops and pills as in keeping with the techniques and standards Adhere to all IT protection guidelines and techniques Incident management Resolve technical issues. Assist other members of the support team

Key Skills Previous experience in a similar role/ 2nd Line Support Experience supporting Mac and Windows operating systems on desktops and laptops, peripheral commissioning and setup Active Directory and Microsoft 365 support Support and set-up of AV and interactive equipment; such as projectors, video-conferencing equipment, interactive equipment ITIL Foundation qualification (v3 or v4) Strong understanding of ITIL service management processes Experience using an ITSM ticket management system
