Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chef / Cook based at Trinity Catholic College in Middlesbrough who wants to ensure our future generations are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food. We are looking for an organised, hard-working and passionate individual to ensure that the food quality, presentation and service are provided to the required standard. You should be passionate about delivering an efficient service to our students whilst ensuring we maintain great customer service and high food safety standards.

Job Details
- Hours: 30 Hours Per Week
- Days: Mon - Fri - Term time only
- Pay: £13.50 per hour
Job Requirements
- Recognised Catering qualifications, a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is required.
- Assist the Manager with all planning, preparing and cooking of meals to the required standard.
- Ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers.
- Other tasks include briefing kitchen teams on menus and service, ensuring all food safety and health and safety procedures are applied continuously, and carrying out company bookwork.

- Level 2 NVQ Cookery (Minimum)
- Level 2 Hygiene Certificate
