Secondary Supply Teachers (General Cover): Norwich and Surrounding Areas
Are you a Qualified Teacher looking to reclaim your work:life balance? Whether you thrive on the complete flexibility of day:to:day work or prefer the consistency of a long:term placement, we have fantastic opportunities tailored to your lifestyle.
We are currently partnering with an established portfolio of excellent secondary schools and academies throughout Norwich and the surrounding Norfolk area. We are experiencing a high demand for adaptable, proactive educators to support general cover requirements across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
This framework is ideal for general cover teachers who enjoy classroom variety, subject specialists happy to cover outside their main discipline, or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to sharpen their behaviour management skills across different school environments without the pressures of full:time planning and marking.
Find Your Ideal Way Of Working
- Day:to:Day Cover: Take complete control of your schedule. Choose exactly which days you want to work to perfectly fit around your personal commitments, studies, or lifestyle. It is a fantastic way to experience different school settings.
- Long:Term Opportunities: If you prefer stability, we have fixed:term roles spanning a term or a full academic year (covering maternity, long:term sickness, or interim gaps). This is the perfect way to truly embed yourself within a local school team, provide consistent cover continuity, and see your students progress.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
