Working Responsibilities
Working 20 hours a week as a secretary you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the medical team with administrative tasks
- Handling and production of confidential and highly sensitive documentation
- Diary management
- Supporting the Registered Clinician with letters and general documentation

Key Responsibilities
As a Secretary, you will be:
- Receiving and record typing, checking, and amending for spelling and grammatical errors, completing within given deadlines.
- Participating in the administration, development, and evaluation of regulatory matters.
- Co-ordinating the hospital diary and the whereabouts of the clinicians.
- Booking in meetings.
- Arranging Conference Calls.
- Dealing with medical enquiries and referrals on behalf of RCs. Source test results and ensure these are seen by the RC and uploaded onto EPR.
- Undertaking administrative duties in connection with audit and research as appropriate.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Interpersonal Skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A flexible can-do attitude.
- Minute taking and audio typist experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- It would be advantageous if you have CPA coordination and minute taking experience.

Join the multidisciplinary team at Arbury Court and provide care and treatment for adult women in medium, and low secure, and psychiatric intensive care (PICU) environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions.
Rehabilitation and recovery at Arbury Court focuses on care being ‘person-centred’ as opposed to ‘disease-centred’.
The service is located just off the M62 junction 9 in Winwick, which benefits from good transport links, making it easy to commute to from most local areas between Liverpool and Manchester.
