An opportunity for a fixed term post for 12 months has arisen in the Community Admin Team. You must have an excellent secretarial skills including minute taking, a calm telephone manner and have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages. SVQ/NVQ 3 Administrative qualification or equivalent level of experience in a similar administration role.

An ability to learn how to use different systems is advantageous. The role entails working with the P&CS Community Admin Team Lead; P&CS Admin Supervisor Community & P&CS Community clinical staff. Hours of work are 28.8 hours per week, over 5 days, Mon to Fri. - negotiable. A driving licence & own car is required. Base to be confirmed.

As from 1st April 2026 the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
