Secretary and Trustee Volunteer

People in Harmony is seeking an organised and reliable volunteer to join our committee as Secretary and Trustee. This is an important role that helps ensure the organisation runs smoothly, meetings are productive, and agreed actions are followed through.

You will enable the committee to work effectively and make progress, ensuring that decisions are followed through.

You will

  • Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, minutes, and papers
  • Take concise minutes (decisions and actions)
  • Maintain a basic action log
  • Support overall organisation of committee activity
