A leading Abu Dhabi based government entity driving digital transformation across the emirate.
Job Description
- Lead and implement the content quality assurance strategy across the platform
- Own the e2e QA lifecycle, including pre- and post-publication reviews
- Review and approve content prior to publication, ensuring editorial quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with SEO best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and governance frameworks
- Lead, develop, and mentor the content QA function
- Drive continuous improvement through QA audits, reporting, and performance tracking
- Develop and maintain QA frameworks, standards, templates and reporting mechanisms
- Collaborate closely with content teams, translators, legal, and government stakeholders
- Identify gaps in content quality and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Ensure bilingual (Arabic & English) content is accurate, culturally aligned, and user-friendly
- Provide insights to leadership through dashboards and quality performance reporting

The Successful Applicant
- Over 6 years' experience across digital content, editorial, content QA, or corporate communications
- Strong fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent editorial and linguistic capability
- Proven experience in content governance, QA frameworks, and audit processes
- Experience working with large scale digital platforms or government environments highly preferred
- Strong understanding of: SEO best practices, Digital accessibility (WCAG), and Content governance and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across complex organisations
- Prior experience leading teams or functions in a structured environment
- Detail oriented with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and user experience
