Leadership role within a flagship digital platform programme

Ownership of content quality, governance, and user experience at scale

About Our Client

A leading Abu Dhabi based government entity driving digital transformation across the emirate.

Job Description

  • Lead and implement the content quality assurance strategy across the platform
  • Own the e2e QA lifecycle, including pre- and post-publication reviews
  • Review and approve content prior to publication, ensuring editorial quality and consistency
  • Ensure compliance with SEO best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and governance frameworks
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the content QA function
  • Drive continuous improvement through QA audits, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Develop and maintain QA frameworks, standards, templates and reporting mechanisms
  • Collaborate closely with content teams, translators, legal, and government stakeholders
  • Identify gaps in content quality and implement corrective and preventative actions
  • Ensure bilingual (Arabic & English) content is accurate, culturally aligned, and user-friendly
  • Provide insights to leadership through dashboards and quality performance reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 6 years' experience across digital content, editorial, content QA, or corporate communications
  • Strong fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent editorial and linguistic capability
  • Proven experience in content governance, QA frameworks, and audit processes
  • Experience working with large scale digital platforms or government environments highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of: SEO best practices, Digital accessibility (WCAG), and Content governance and compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across complex organisations
  • Prior experience leading teams or functions in a structured environment
  • Detail oriented with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and user experience
