Overview
We are seeking DV-cleared professionals to provide on-shift operational leadership across cyber, network, service, and physical security domains. This role combines operational command with light technical triage, ensuring incidents are understood, prioritized, and coordinated effectively.
This is not a deep engineering role and not a traditional incident manager position. It suits someone who can maintain control, make decisions with incomplete information, and lead multi-disciplinary teams in real time.

- Contract: Initial 6 months (likely extension)
- Rate: DoE
- IR35: Inside
- Location: Buckinghamshire (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a single operational picture across multiple domains
- Perform initial triage and validate alerts
- Coordinate incident response across SOC, NOC, infrastructure, and security teams
- Direct escalation paths and prioritization
- Support or initiate incident management when required
- Produce clear shift handovers, logs, and decision records
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and emerging issues early
Essential Experience
- DV clearance
- Experience in a 24/7 operational environment
- Working-level understanding of SOC and NOC workflows
- Alerts → triage → escalation
- Ability to interpret monitoring alerts, logs, and dashboards at a high level
- Awareness of incident severity, impact, and prioritization
- Strong communication: concise, calm, and directional
- Ability to lead technical teams without needing deep SME expertise

Desirable (Not Required)
- Exposure to one domain in depth (SOC or NOC)
- Familiarity with incident tooling (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Experience in major incident environments
- Basic understanding of cyber threats, network failures, or infrastructure incidents
