Job Summary: As an Executive Director in Complex Assets Product Management within Securities Services, you will own the EMEA product agenda, partnering closely with Middle Office, Fund Accounting, and Margin Services. You will lead product strategy and definition, client experience, and service governance, ensuring the offering evolves with market dynamics, regulation, and client needs. You will drive senior stakeholder alignment, lead RFP/RFI and commercial support, and sponsor initiatives to enhance standards and cross-product operating models. You will provide people leadership, set clear objectives, and reinforce a strong risk and control culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the EMEA point of accountability for internal stakeholders across product management, product development, operations, client services, and sales
- Lead client engagement in EMEA, articulating the Complex Assets product offering alongside Fund Accounting, Middle Office, and Margin Services
- Partner with the Global lead on strategic definition and positioning of the Complex Assets offering across OTC Derivatives, CFDs, and Loans
- Provide executive oversight for RFI/RFP responses, shaping deal strategy and coordinating input from relevant teams
- Guide deal pricing, contract review, and profitability summaries for RFPs and organic growth
- Sponsor and oversee the development and maintenance of sales literature and client service education programmes
- Monitor applicable regulations impacting Complex Assets in EMEA, assess business impact, and ensure product and service responses are defined and executed
- Initiate and drive strategic initiatives to improve cross-product operating models, service governance, and client experience
- Provide people leadership through direct line management and/or leadership of cross-functional squads, setting objectives and coaching talent
- Reinforce a strong risk and control culture across the organisation

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Extensive experience in product management, operational leadership, or a closely related function, with accountability for strategy, governance, and delivery outcomes at an Executive Director level
- Securities industry experience in middle office and/or back office for asset managers and/or financial institutions
- Deep technical understanding of the investment company industry and key servicing models
- Expertise in derivatives and complex assets across OTC derivatives, CFDs, FX and ETDs, Loans, including product structures, lifecycle events, valuation/settlement, margining, and collateral
- Proven client engagement experience, including pitching, leading discussions, solutioning, due diligence, and ongoing governance
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, able to synthesise complex topics and influence outcomes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, building alignment and driving delivery across a matrixed, global organisation
- Superior prioritisation and execution skills, delivering outcomes across multiple concurrent strategic initiatives
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing and profitability assessments, business cases, cost-to-serve optimisation, and contract review
- High ownership and proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate issues, escalate appropriately, and drive resolution
