Join a dynamic team in the Corporate and Investment Bank’s Securities Services business, where you will design products and services for complex and sophisticated global Asset Managers and Owners. 

As an executive Director, you will lead the product development team specializing in client onboarding transformation, engaging with clients, internal users, and vendors to expand our toolset and product offering. You will drive an AI and data-centered vision to simplify client experience, improve efficiency, and enable continual evolution across our global product offering. You will be adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships, negotiation, and communication, with a bias towards action.  Lead a high-performing team, champion innovative products, collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the firm, and accelerate your career growth with senior leadership exposure and advancement.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy by defining and aligning development priorities with business and line of business strategy, including vision, business case, design, and phased roadmap.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging data and AI/ML to resolve challenges and inform decisions.
  • Engage with clients on our product, feedback, and rollout of capabilities.  Develop and implement strategies to maximize product adoption across clients and the organization.
  • Execute the strategic roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet business and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective transparency and negotiation.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress at all organizational levels, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Build and lead a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative product development team, setting clear vision, goals, and expectations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Extensive experience in an onboarding capacity, developing new products, or transformation leadership in financial services
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience driving adoption of new tools and solutions in large organizations. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information to senior management.
  • Proven leadership of a product team (10+ members), with a demonstrated ability to set and maintain a positive, results-oriented team culture.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills; highly organized with ability to institute effective governance and program management.
  • Experience designing new products or platforms from initial vision and strategy through execution, demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with client onboarding, client conversions, or party and account data.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making to measure progress and communicate impactful messages.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in a capacity outside of the onboarding space, including finance or a line of business
