Securitisation Sales Director

Sales Specialist – Securitisation & Private Credit

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales specialist to join a fast-growing technology-driven solutions provider to the global investment industry. Operating at the forefront of digital transformation, the firm delivers sophisticated portfolio, risk management, and credit monitoring solutions that support over £1.2 trillion in client AUM. As a dedicated Sales Specialist based in London, you will play a pivotal role in further accelerating the business's growth across the UK and continental European markets. This new, high-impact position is designed for an expert in relationship and solution selling who can confidently navigate large accounts and drive revenue generation. Joining this team in a lead role will allow you to leverage a market-leading platform to transform how the world's top financial institutions analyze and manage their investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading all aspects of the sales and business development lifecycle, including:
    • Prospecting
    • Qualification
    • Opportunity nurturing
    • Deal closing
  • Identifying prospective buyers and driving revenue generation across:
    • Private credit funds
    • Investment banks
    • Alternative asset managers
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies, including:
    • Creating robust account plans
    • Managing a high-value pipeline to exceed financial targets
  • Cultivating and securing long-term relationships with:
    • Senior executives
    • CXOs within the private markets financial industry landscape
  • Collaborating with internal product teams to feedback:
    • Key private markets inputs
    • Product requests
    • Enhancements based on client interactions

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of proven experience in:
    • Financial technology sales
    • Business development
  • Strong established network in the:
    • UK and European markets
    • Securitisation / structured finance sectors
  • Deep understanding of the private markets landscape, particularly:
    • Private credit funds
    • Asset managers
    • Investment banking operations
  • Demonstrated success in relationship and solution selling, with a track record of:
    • Closing complex, large-ticket B2B SaaS deals (>£500k)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to:
    • Confidently present technical solutions
    • Demonstrate value-add to senior financial professionals
  • Strong grasp of financial products, alongside desirable familiarity with:
    • Portfolio and risk management technology
    • Leverage management
    • Credit monitoring processes
