Administrator – Airport Security Team
Location: Liverpool Airport

Description
Optime Group are proud to be recruiting for an Administrator to support the Security Management Team at Liverpool Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to provide essential administrative support during a busy operational period.
This is a purely administrative position. Full training and access to the required software systems will be provided.
Start Date: ASAP
What's on Offer
- Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 15:00 (flexibility available, with 10:00 – 16:00 also considered)
- Temporary role until: September 2026
- Full training provided

Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Security Management Team.
- Filing and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ordering supplies and processing administrative requests.
- Taking meeting notes and preparing documentation.
- Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Supporting managers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Using internal software systems to maintain records and complete administrative duties.
- Assisting with general office administration as required.

Requirements
- Previous administration experience is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A DBS check will be required to work in the airport's airside area (support will be provided where applicable).
