About the Role
We are seeking a Security Analyst – AI Governance to:
- Lead the design and implementation of an AI governance framework embedded with our customer, enabling safe, responsible, and scalable adoption of AI across their organisation.
- Collaborate with the customer’s internal and external stakeholders, using expert technical insights to shape tailored processes and standards.
This is a senior-level role requiring hybrid operating, with two days per week onsite at the customer’s Victoria office.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities & key duties include:
- Lead AI governance maturity across the customer’s complex, partner-enabled environment, ensuring transparency, robustness, and scalability.
- Work with stakeholders (internal/external) to design, embed, and continuously improve AI governance processes that support secure, resilient AI development and operations.
- Assess the customer’s current AI governance capabilities, recommending a tailored governance operating model aligned with business needs.
- Develop a pragmatic governance framework aligned with standards such as:
- ISO/IEC 42001
- NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- ISF guidance
- Emerging regulatory requirements
- Define AI governance principles, policies, standards, and controls, reflecting the customer’s risk appetite.
- Design governance forums, decision-making processes, and accountability models to support executive Technology Leadership.
- Collaborate across the customer’s Technology, Product, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Data teams to drive adoption and embed governance into business-as-usual operations.
- Lead implementation of the agreed framework, producing recommendations and recommendations for executive approval.

Requirements
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing enterprise AI governance frameworks in complex organisational environments.
- Deep knowledge of:
- ISO/IEC 42001
- NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Broader AI governance best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with a track record of influence at senior levels.
- Experience operating within regulated industries (e.g., aviation, finance, healthcare) and understanding of compliance landscapes.
- Ability to translate governance frameworks into practical delivery without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

- Background in security, risk, management, or compliance.
- Familiarity with additional governance frameworks (e.g., industry-specific standards) and emerging regulatory changes across jurisdictions.
- Experience with change management to drive adoption of new governance models.
