About Us

Amach is an industry-leading, technology-driven company with headquarters in Dublin and remote teams in the UK and Europe. Our blended teams of local and nearshore talent are optimised to deliver high-quality, collaborative solutions.

Founded in 2013, our purpose was to solve a specific problem in aviation: too much complexity, too little usable intelligence. Today, we help airlines modernise their operating models using cloud, data, and AI, delivered by teams with deep aviation domain expertise.

Our goal is to maximise airlines’ operational efficiency, optimize resource use, reduce costs, and increase customer experience and satisfaction.

About the Role

We are seeking a Security Analyst – AI Governance to:

  • Lead the design and implementation of an AI governance framework embedded with our customer, enabling safe, responsible, and scalable adoption of AI across their organisation.
  • Collaborate with the customer’s internal and external stakeholders, using expert technical insights to shape tailored processes and standards.

This is a senior-level role requiring hybrid operating, with two days per week onsite at the customer’s Victoria office.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & key duties include:

  • Lead AI governance maturity across the customer’s complex, partner-enabled environment, ensuring transparency, robustness, and scalability.
  • Work with stakeholders (internal/external) to design, embed, and continuously improve AI governance processes that support secure, resilient AI development and operations.
  • Assess the customer’s current AI governance capabilities, recommending a tailored governance operating model aligned with business needs.
  • Develop a pragmatic governance framework aligned with standards such as:
    • ISO/IEC 42001
    • NIST AI Risk Management Framework
    • ISF guidance
    • Emerging regulatory requirements
  • Define AI governance principles, policies, standards, and controls, reflecting the customer’s risk appetite.
  • Design governance forums, decision-making processes, and accountability models to support executive Technology Leadership.
  • Collaborate across the customer’s Technology, Product, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Data teams to drive adoption and embed governance into business-as-usual operations.
  • Lead implementation of the agreed framework, producing recommendations and recommendations for executive approval.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
