Security Architect – Microsoft Security & Sentinel

Remote – UK Based

Up to £70k DOE

Important eligibility information

This is a UK-based remote position. Applicants must currently live in the UK and have the unrestricted right to work in the UK without current or future sponsorship.

Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants based outside the UK, candidates planning to relocate to the UK, or anyone requiring visa sponsorship.

Have you designed and implemented Microsoft security solutions rather than simply supported them? Do you enjoy working with Microsoft Sentinel, onboarding security technologies, and helping organisations improve their security posture? Would you like to work for a growing Microsoft consultancy where you can combine architecture, client engagement, and hands-on technical delivery?

We are recruiting for a Security Architect to join a growing Microsoft-focused consultancy delivering security projects across a wide range of client environments. This is not a purely governance or documentation-focused architecture role. The successful candidate will be involved in designing solutions, advising clients, shaping security strategies, and remaining hands-on with implementation where required.

The environment is highly collaborative, technically strong, and focused on delivering practical security outcomes rather than simply producing reports and recommendations. You will work across Microsoft security technologies including Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Identity Security, Conditional Access, and Purview, helping clients design and implement modern security solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
