Our roles require UK Security Clearance—positive or in the process of gaining.
Your Core Responsibilities
You’ll thrive in a dynamic team of 230+ security experts, delivering end-to-end security solutions that safeguard critical systems—helping clients build resilience, trust, and confidence.
- Co-create innovative security architectures across enterprise domains, supporting every phase of projects: bids, proposals, design, implementation, and integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical and non-technical needs into cohesive, practical security strategies
- Lead or assist in identifying and mitigating risks while upholding design authority (senior profiles) or skill development (junior and mid-level profiles)
- Work cross-disciplinarily to construct resilient three-sixty systems architectures, critical for client trust and business continuity

What We’re Looking For
We recruit Security Architects at every level—entry, mid, and senior. You’ll need 1–30+ years’ experience consulting on secure system designs, preferably with experience as a technical security leader.
Core Requirements
You must demonstrate enthusiasm and clarity about why security is foundational—able to articulate its value both strategically and tactically—as well as exceeding in communication, from persuasive justifications to cross-functional collaboration.
Mandatory competencies include:
- Deep expertise in security standards and frameworks (e.g., MoD, HMG, NIST)
- Understanding of cloud security architecture, controls, and compliance (AWS, Azure, GCP advancements preferred)
- Proficiency in boundary security, network segmentation, and access control schemes
- Identity and Access Management (IAM): RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, Zero Trust Architecture and access governance
- Expertise in cryptographic best practices and implementations (PKI, TLS, encryption methods)
- IT Asset Lifecycle Management and tracking tools (CMDBs, SCAP, compliance reporting)
- Vulnerability Management and patching strategies (CMMC, PCI, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
- mastering SIEM tools and log infrastructure (Splunk, QRadar,äten for threat detection and response)
- Knowledge of containerisation and virtualisation best practises (e.g., security hardening, granular access policies in cloud-native environments)
