We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Security Compliance Manager to lead the development and implementation of a robust security compliance framework across our campus. This role is pivotal in shaping the University’s security strategy, ensuring resilience against emerging threats, and aligning security operations with broader institutional objectives.
As a key member of the Facilities Directorate Security Team, you will drive innovation in security services, leveraging technology, data, and best practices to enhance the safety and experience of students, staff, and visitors. You will lead strategic planning for campus events, proactively assess risks, and design security solutions that safeguard our community while supporting the University’s mission of excellence.

The Security Service is undergoing a transformational program of modernization, and you will play a central role in co-creating new processes, systems, and ways of working that ensure compliance, efficiency, and future readiness. Your leadership will ensure that security operations are not only fit for purpose today but are scalable and adaptable for tomorrow.
