Job Description
The Cloud Security Consultant will ensure the security and compliance of AWS-based systems and infrastructure, implementing controls, monitoring threats, and responding to security incidents.

You will:
- Act as the technical leader for customer engagements and/or security workstreams, guiding consultant teams.
- Lead internal initiatives to deliver measurable impact.
- Build strategic relationships with internal and external leaders.
- Design and implement secure, scalable AWS architectures tailored to customer needs.
- Enable and engage delivery partners in project execution.
- Provide mentorship and career coaching for team growth.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
✔ 7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience. ✔ 7+ years of hands-on security expertise in two or more of:
- Cloud Security
- Application Security (SDLC, threat modeling, code review)
- Identity & Access Management
- Network Security
- Data Protection
- Incident Response ✔ Experience implementing enterprise security solutions (e.g. Data Loss Prevention, WAF, SIEM).
** Preferred Qualifications**
🔹 Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, and industry compliance frameworks. 🔹 Ability to communicate technical concepts within pre-sales environments. 🔹 AWS expertise (proficiency in EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation). 🔹 AWS certifications (Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer – Professional level). 🔹 Experience with automation (Terraform) or scripting (Python). 🔹 Code-level security expertise (building securable apps) or infra-as-code skills (WAF/IPS/Anti-DDOS/SIEM implementation).
