Job Title: Security Consultant - GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

Grade: GG09-GG11
Referral Bonus: £5000
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working on client sites you will support and lead engagements that deliver cyber risk assessments, improve security control maturity, define secure solutions and ensure compliance. This role has a GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) focus.
- Delivery of small to medium cyber security work-streams or engagements
- Understanding business and information risk context of our customers and judging risk at a technical and business process level
- Reviewing effectiveness of security controls and proposing proportionate security improvements and mitigations.
- Analysing and researching security technologies to support the development of innovative solutions
- GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
- Working and collaborating with account teams to identify new opportunities for work and support the production of quality proposals
Skills & Experience
- Ability to articulate and pitch security advice, often at a technical level, directly to key customer stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as both written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
- Can document and articulate to customer stakeholders how to manage cyber security risk utilising a structured approach based on industry framework.

Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks.
