Security Consultant – Public Sector
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 + bonus
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Security Consultant to join a growing Cyber Security practice delivering large-scale transformation programmes across the Public Sector.
This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients on complex security challenges, helping organisations strengthen resilience, improve governance, and embed security into modern digital transformation initiatives.
You’ll work across a range of security domains, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and implement secure solutions that align with business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of cyber security and risk engagements across Public Sector clients
- Helping organisations improve security posture, governance, and compliance
- Contributing to security assessments, risk reviews, and security transformation initiatives
- Working with delivery and architecture teams to embed security-by-design principles
- Supporting cloud and digital transformation programmes from a security perspective
- Producing high-quality documentation, reports, and client recommendations
- Engaging stakeholders across technical and business teams
What We’re Looking For

- Experience working within Cyber Security, Information Security, or Risk
- Understanding of security frameworks and governance standards
- Experience supporting security initiatives within complex enterprise environments
- Knowledge of cloud security and modern security principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within consulting or client-facing environments is beneficial
