Are you an enthusiastic, dedicated, and vigilant individual looking for an opportunity to join our Samsic UK Security family? This role may be perfect for you.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Control Room Resource Planner to join our team in our Coventry office.

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and professional Control Room Duties and Resource Planning to Samsic UK Security’s clients, ensuring:

  • High levels of customer service are demonstrated
  • Each site has fully trained staff to meet contractual obligations

Contract & Hours

You will be contracted for 42.5 hours per week, operating over the following shift pattern:

  • Week 1: Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:30
  • Week 2: Monday – Friday 12:30 – 21:00

Salary & Benefits

  • £32,760 per annum (£14.78 per hour)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain records including:

    • Holiday management
    • Sickness
    • Hours of attendance at work
  • Manage:

    • Last-minute sickness
    • Planned absences
    • Bradford Factor
  • Annual leave approval

  • Resource planning including:

    • Regional rota management
    • Tactical cover support
  • Custom client request management

  • Dispatch alarm notifications to Response Teams

  • Prepare and process payroll

  • Manage wage-related queries

  • Administer staff welfare calls

  • Liaise with clients

  • Generate and update:

    • KPI spreadsheets
    • Weekly/monthly reports
    • Database updates
  • Work closely with Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager


Essential Requirements
