The Role
Provide end-to-end engineering support for global physical security applications.
- Migrate legacy systems (C-CURE, Victor) to Genetec, including architecture, planning, and integrations.
- Plan and execute system updates, firmware upgrades, and patches.
- Support break/fix and incident management across physical security applications.
- Onboard and implement emerging technology solutions like biometrics and video analytics.
- Partner with various teams to align platform capabilities with business needs and controls.

What You'll Need
- Experience in physical security engineering, including leading or managing global teams.
- Hands-on expertise with major Physical Access Security systems such as CCure 9000, Victor Video, and Genetec solutions.
- Experience migrating from legacy PACS/CCTV platforms to Genetec.
- Strong Windows and Linux server administration skills, with proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, and another scripting language (e.g., Python).
- Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, multicast/unicast, QoS, VPN, and firewall concepts.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, vulnerability management, identity/access governance, and logging/SIEM integrations.
