Job Role: Security Systems Technician (Technical)
Package

Experience & Requirements
Required:
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the office
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the security industry
- Strong knowledge of:
- Access Control
- Door Entry
- CCTV systems
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Logical troubleshooting approach for mult-system issues
- Dependable, flexible, and dedicated, with a full UK driving license
- Ability to complete concise, clear job reports

- Experience with systems from multiple traditional door entry manufacturers
- Hands-on fault-finding and diagnostics knowledge
- In-depth door entry hardware expertise (ability to fit and repair locks)

Responsibilities
- Service and maintain:
- Door entry and access control systems
- CCTV systems
- Implement system extensions and replacements as part of small works projects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults on-site
- Provide on-call emergency support when required
- Collaborate across service and installation departments as needed
