About the Role
You will shape and set operational security standards across our geographically diverse network, while fostering strategic collaboration within and beyond security programs. Acting as a direct consultant to the Global Security Manager, this critical position interprets and translates highly technical security regulatory obligations and business procedures into reliable, efficient, and innovative safeguards.

As the joint operational and compliance leader for targeted security programs, you face diverse challenges—each an opportunity to introduce fresh thinking and broaden expertise.

Your Day-to-Day
1. Operational Leadership & Problem-Solving
Wide Scope – Deep Tethered Authority Drive excellence across critical programs:
- Act as primary operational escalation point for cargo-holding areas, ACC3 compliance and PLACI assurance whilst working closely with the Global Security Manager and pertinent stakeholders
- Liaise with regional Network Operations teams, spearheading security process development and redesign
- Serve as lead in strategic advisory for high-value cargo risks to the Product Owner and external engagements
- Oversee and introduce electronic consignment standards, balancing system ownership with development needs
- Shape screening technologies, analyse risk exposure, and guide best practice for adopting new solutions
2. Compliance Management
Regulatory Mastery & Exposure Products Automate, localize, transform:
- Collate regulatory frameworks and deliver robust internal compliance standards aligned to changing directives
- Manage airborne accountability for ACC3 assessments, PLACI response, and audit readiness programs
- Mobilise global regulatory agent compliance analyses towards seamless performance
- Support approvals’ administration for all security-related functions to uphold operative status
3. Assurance & Reporting

- Conduct on-site security assessments and evaluate resolutions against IAGC’s meticulous risk-mitigation framework
- Identify chronic and emergent vulnerabilities rooted in operations or oversight, and guide proactive remediation
- Oversee station-specific risk-level audits and vulnerability registers through network scrutiny and analytic curation
- Structure security-first changes through data-driven evaluation methodology
- Lead post-event investigation openness, unearthing root causes and crafting decisive next moves
- Secure progress real-time KPI dashboards reflecting program performance, standards compliance, and risk tracking
