Job Description
Humaans is seeking a Security GRC Manager to own our trust and compliance function end-to-end. In this hands-on role, you will leverage AI to manage audit cycles, maintain security frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2, and partner with sales to build enterprise confidence as we scale into more demanding markets globally.

What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end management of compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and HIPAA, ensuring continuous audit readiness year-round.
- Support the sales and customer success teams by completing vendor security questionnaires and participating in enterprise diligence calls to build buyer confidence.
- Implement and optimize AI-assisted systems to streamline GRC tasks, from maintaining risk registers and vendor reviews to generating high-quality trust collateral.

The ideal candidate
- You have 4+ years of experience in security compliance, GRC, or privacy operations within a modern B2B SaaS environment or cloud infrastructure context.
- You possess a proven track record of running or supporting complex audits for major frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.
- You are a pragmatic, AI-literate professional who can translate complex compliance requirements into clear operational controls and communicate them effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
