Security Officer
Retail Security Officer – Peterborough (Permanent, Full-Time)

About the Role
In this role, you’ll hold a key position in safeguarding the store and work closely with the Store Management Team to prevent loss, manage risk, and maintain high safety and professional standards. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible shifts, meaning you’ll enjoy variety working across daytime, evening, and weekend shifts—ideal if you thrive on responsibility and being part of an integral team.
Your Responsibilities
As a Retail Security Officer, your duties will include:
- Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent, and report incidents
- Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies
- Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures
- Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft, and fraud
- Engaging with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively
