(Working in Partnership with Liverpool Football Club)
About the Role
Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Security Officer, working closely with prestigious clients.
Location
Kirkby, L33 7ED
Hours & Pay
- Pay: £13.45 per hour (competitive rate, paid monthly)
- Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (9am–9pm)
- Qualified, we will provide:

Your role will include:
- Ensuring colleague safety, reassuring all guests.
- Maintaining a smart, visible, and proactive security presence.
- Effective conflict management, taking immediate control of incidents.
- Regulating access and egress via security patrols to deterr crime.
- Engaging proactively and professionally with the public.
- Identifying hazards and incidents, responding with expertise.
- Serving as a first point of contact, guiding and directing customers.
- Adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Cultivating strong team relationships in a collaborative environment.

Requirements
To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence (proof required).
- Five years of checkable work and address history.
- Reliable, punctual, flexible, and presentable in appearance.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional in every interaction.
- Motivated, team player with enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
- Ideally, prior experience in security or customer-facing roles.
- Ability to engage well with clients while maintaining a composed demeanour.
Selection Process
Successful candidates will undergo detailed screening and vetting, requiring original documentation such as:
- Passport, driving licence, or government-issued ID.
- Utility bill (dated within the last 3 months).
- HMRC letter or bank statement (original copies).
- Payslip (original) or valid share code.
- Birth certificate (where applicable).
