About the Role
This position offers an exciting and varied start in a Security career, with duties including:
- Keepsake sécurité at a bustling site,
- Performing criminal-activity searches,
- Responding to emergencies,
- Offering exceptional guest services,
- And playing a vital part in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
Location & Compensation
📍 Glenrothes, UK – on-site grade (not office-based) 💰 £13.45 per hour 🔄 Flexible Schedule: ~56 hours/week – 3 days + 3 nights, then 3 days off (rotating shifts)

- Active Patrols: Patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activities, maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
- Thorough Searches: Conduct detailed security checks following stringent company policies.
- Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive logs for security incidents, observations, and related paperwork.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and external agencies to report/coordinate on security matters.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide polite, professional, and dedicated service to employees, visitors, and guests.

Requirements
✅ Must Have:
- UK Nationality and have lived in the UK continuously for the past 5 years (due to security clearance requirements).
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
- A valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence or willingness to obtain it within a short timeframe.
- Strong physical fitness to patrol designated site areas effectively.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- A disposition forgiving of others yet pragmatic.
