Job Description: Security Officers (Rochester)
We are recruiting 2 Security Officers to join a professional team on a secure, high-profile site in Rochester.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals seeking a stable, full-time role with competitive pay and a structured shift pattern.
💷 Pay & Working Hours
- £14.56 per hour
- 56 hours per week
- Shift Pattern: 7 on, 3 off / 7 on, 4 off
- Full-Time Permanent Position
🛡️ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols and site checks
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems
- Respond to incidents and security concerns
- Control access for staff, contractors, and visitors
- Complete reports and site documentation
- Work closely with site management and emergency services when required

Essential
- Valid SIA Licence
- Previous security experience
- Eligible to obtain SC Clearance
- 5-year checkable work history
- British citizen or holder of a British passport for a minimum of 5 years
- Strong communication skills and good judgement
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
