About the Role

You’ll join the frontline team at White City Living, a premier St James development delivering up to 1,465 new homes. This landmark project includes 39,000 sq ft of world-class amenities—think lounges, cinemas, pools, and a Health Club with virtual golf—offering a premium, hospitality-led environment; residents enjoy close proximity to White City and Wood Lane Underground stations.

This role demands a polished front-of-house presence combined with vigilant estate security. Critical skills include calm authority, exceptional people skills, and an unwavering attention to detail.

  • Managing access control, monitoring CCTV, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborating closely with the concierge team and estate operations to uphold security while fostering a warm, service-driven environment.
  • Operate within a shift pattern of 4 days on (10:00–22:00) and 4 days off.

  • All entries are authorised, maintaining vigilance and balancing firmness with tact.
  • Incidents and near misses are handled swiftly, documented accurately and escalated when necessary.
  • Proactive patrols effortlessly reduce hazards, false alarms and service disruptions.
  • Clear handovers and daily reports keep colleagues and managers fully informed.
  • Exceptional teamwork with concierge, contractors and estate teams during peak activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
