- Applying thoughtful access control
- Conducting site inductions
- Routine plus ad-hoc patrols
- Emergency escalation/communication with Site Management
Flexibility: Working hours include days, nights and weekends with varied start/finish times.
Key Responsibilities
(Essential duties – working pattern may vary in response to operational needs)

Maintain overall site surveillance:
- Conduct regular patrols, recording details per Corps & customer requirements
- Follow alarm and safety procedures, including primary/secondary system activation (night operations)

Visitor & contractor management:
- Brief, sign-in/signed-out all non-staff entries
- Verify ane day deliveries, processing paperwork per site quality protocols
- Ensure waste management compliance

Documentation & reporting:
- Daily occurrence logs
- Shift handovers and incident/accident records
- Site-specific reports where applicable

Training & compliance:
- Maintain updated skills training records (via Corps Colleagues Portal)
- Validate first-aid and fire marshal training compliance with legislative standards
- Stay current with Assignment Instructions and quality/safety documents
- Escalate recommendations to Duty Manager or client personnel

Requirements
Essential Criteria
✔ Valid SIA Front-Line Licence ✔ Full UK driving licence (manual recommended) ✔ BS7858:2015 enhanced security vetting ✔ Excellent communications & customer focus ✔ Proven ability to work under pressure + multi-task ✔ Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, etc.)
