Security Officer
About the Role
Working Pattern
This role is shift-based, with shifts potentially varying between 06:30–19:15 or 08:30–17:30, including long-term sickness cover.
As a Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact and support for employees and visitors, providing a professional and friendly service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring fire, security, and building systems
- Ensuring assigned tasks are completed on time and in compliance with relevant legislation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to employees and visitors with a courteous and professional approach
- Conduct regular security patrols to safeguard the premises
- Promptly respond to security incidents and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and activities
- Collaborate with other security personnel for full coverage

Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Right to work in the UK
- SIA licence is essential (Experience in the security industry is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Professionsal demeanour with sound judgement and integrity
- Strong communication skills, particularly under pressure
- Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to work ethic
