Role Overview
The Security Officer will provide critical support to the site operations, focusing on:
- Ensuring safety for customers, building staff, and all personnel.
- Maintaining a secure and exceptional service standard while adhering to all relevant safety legislation.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the execution of agreed service levels on-site.
- Fostering a team culture, encouraging collaboration, and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and documentation.
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and maintaining a secure work environment.
- Accurately and timely reporting of incidents and complaints.
- Defending equipment functionality and importing issues promptly.
- Supporting Client Liaison (including Centre Management and the Security Supervisor).

Person Specification

🔹 Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in the security industry required.
- Must hold a valid SIA Security Licence (Surveillance Officer (SG) or Door Supervisor (DS)).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in high-stress situations.
- Flexible & adaptable approach to job requirements.
- Collaborative mindset and teamwork skills.
- Proactive learning attitude – identifying training needs where necessary.
- Strong observational skills.
