Working Hours: Average 42 hours per week (contracted) Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights – mixed rota) Pay: £13.45 per hour Location: Worcester (candidates must be based locally or within a reasonable commuting distance)

Anchor Group Services is currently inviting expressions of interest for future Security Officer opportunities at a well-established site in Worcester.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Protecting the client’s property, people, and assets by locking/unlocking customer premises and controlling access to the site
• Preventing and escalating incidents in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner to the Control Room/Manager/Emergency Services where applicable
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Maintaining the organisation’s stability and reputation by adhering to legal requirements
• Acting as first-line support to customers and visitors on-site, providing a professional and friendly service
• Ensuring compliance with all site-specific procedures and maintaining the company’s exceptional standards
• Understanding customer needs, responding to queries, and taking appropriate action
• Maintaining professional conduct at all times
