The Role
Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team, working with our prestigious clients. Pay
£13.45 per hour
Hours
4 on / 4 off, 9am–9pm
Your core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ensuring colleague safety and providing reassurance for all
- Delivering a smart, visible, proactive, and engaging security presence
- Effectively managing customer conflicts
- Controlling access and egress, conducting patrols to deter crime
- Professionally engaging with the public
- Recognising and responding effectively to hazards and incidents
- Acting as a first point of contact, guiding and directing customers
- Managing safety and security processes
- Fostering strong teamwork relationships

Is This You?
- SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence
- 5 years of checkable work and address history
- Reliable, punctual, flexible, with a smart appearance
- Friendly, approachable, and professional approach
- Strong motivation and dedication to excellence
- Ideally experience in customer-facing or security environments
- Ability to positively interact with clients and customers
- Strong teamworker mindset
Successful applicants must provide original documentation for vetting, such as:
- Passport
- Driving licence
- Utility bill (dated within the last 3 months)
- HMRC letter
- Bank statement or share code
- Birth certificate
- Payslips
