SECURITY OFFICER - LEEDS - TOP RATES - PERMANENT

SECURITY OFFICER Required – Starting This Month at Leeds Airport

Job Type: Permanent Shift Options:

  • Day shifts (8 AM till 6 PM or 8 AM till 8 PM) – £19.50/hour
  • Night shifts (8 PM till 8 AM) – £22.50/hour
  • Weekends & overtime – £25.50/hour
  • Flexible arrangement: Choose to work days or nights + weekends

Paid Garment: £3,000 joining bonus paid in July Salary Structure: Paid weekly every Friday Expected Hours: 45–60 hours per week (guaranteed)


About the Role

Security Officers will monitor, patrol, and ensure safety and security at Leeds Airport.


Key Responsibilities

  • Patrolling & Securing Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points to prevent hazards and ensure safety.

  • Monitoring Systems Observing CCTV, surveillance, and security systems to detect or respond to threats.

  • Access Control Checking IDs, logging entries/exits, and regulating restricted-area access.

  • Incident Response Investigating alarms, handling emergencies, and taking swift action to resolve concerns.

  • Enforcing Policies Ensuring adherence to security procedures and de-escalating conflicts tactfully.

  • Reporting & Documentation Maintaining logs, writing incident reports, and alerting supervisors to irregularities.
