We’re Hiring: Security Officer
📍 Location: Glenrothes, UK ✨ 💰 Pay: £13.45 per hour 📅 Hours: 56hrs per week (3 days, 3 nights rota, 3 days off) 🏢 Grade: Site Based

Key Responsibilities
You’ll be instrumental in upholding safety. Your tasks include:
- Active Patrols: Regularly patrol designated areas to deter suspicious activity and ensure a secure environment.
- Thorough Searches: Conduct detailed, compliant searches of restricted areas using established rules and procedures.
- Detailed Record-Keeping: Accurately document security incidents, observations, and compliance protocols.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and external authorities to report incidents swiftly.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide professional, courteous support to employees, visitors, and guests.

Requirements
To shine in this role, we’re seeking: ✔ A commitment to teamwork, initiative, and personal growth. ✔ Physical fitness for site patrolling duties. ✔ Flexibility to work: days, nights, weekends, and 56hrs per week.
Essential: 🔹 A valid UK SIA Security licence. 🔹 Ability to work the 3 days on / 3 nights on / 3 days off roster. 🔹 British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (due to site requirements). 🔹 Right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history. 🔹 Strong persuasive and written communication skills – you must be able to speak and write English effectively.
