Job Description
About the role
- Being the first point of contact for our team and guests, dealing with emergency situations promptly and efficiently, from suspicious activity, first aid situations, and any rare occasions of dealing with confrontation.
- Ensuring that the guests, team and Resort are safe and secure at all times.
- Welcoming Guests to the Atlas Theatre, and checking Resort passes.
- Providing amazing customer service to all of our guests.
- Carrying out regular foot patrols of the resort, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, team and guests.
- Having a strong Resort knowledge.

Skills & Experience
- For this role, you must have a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Proven experience of working within a similar role.
- The ability to confidently deal with and diffuse any challenging situations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with our guests.
- Computer literate.
- A full clean Driving Licence would be desirable.
- First Aid at Work Certificate (desirable but not essential as training will be given).
Hours of Work
- Part-time position with flexible shift patterns around the needs of the business.
- Likely to involve working 1 - 2 night shifts per week, with the option of picking up additional shifts at peak times, or holiday cover.
- 10 hour shifts, between the times of 5pm and 8am.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Happy working night shifts.
- Happy with lone working required during certain shift patterns.
