Victorian Plumbing.co.uk is on the hunt for a Security Operations Assistant to join our team and play a critical role in safeguarding our valued team members, building, and assets. In this crucial position, working as part of a two-person team in a gatehouse location, you'll be the first line of defense, fostering a secure environment where our team can feel comfortable, focused, and empowered to flourish. Your watchful presence will contribute directly to the positive and productive atmosphere we've cultivated here at Victorian Plumbing.co.uk.

What You'll Do

  • Champion Security: Conduct regular patrols, both internally and externally, to deter potential security threats. Your keen eye will be vital in identifying suspicious activity, damage, or unauthorized access.
  • Be Our Eyes and Ears: Monitor CCTV footage, ensuring comprehensive coverage of critical areas. Respond promptly to incidents and report them to the appropriate managers/authorities.
  • Secure Access Control: Assist with visitor and delivery management. Verify identification, maintain a visitor log, and ensure only authorised goods enter the building.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone on-site.

  • Experience in security or facilities management.
