We are Hiring Security Operations Centre (SOC) Analyst - AI

Role Purpose
Monitor, detect, and respond to security events generated by Claude Code usage. Develop and tune detection logic specific to AI workload threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM dashboards and alerts for Claude Code anomalies (unusual prompt volumes, DLP triggers, auth failures).
- Investigate and triage security events; escalate confirmed incidents.
- Develop and refine SIEM detection rules for AI-specific threat scenarios (prompt injection attempts, data exfiltration patterns).
- Conduct daily audit log reviews; produce weekly security metrics report.
- Participate in incident response exercises and tabletops (AI-specific scenarios).
- Maintain SOC runbooks for Claude Code incident response.

Required Skills / Experience
- 3+ years in a SOC or security monitoring role.
- Proficiency with Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or IBM QRadar.
- Strong analytical and investigation skills.
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Understanding of API security and web traffic analysis.

Desirable Skills / Experience
- Experience with AI/LLM technologies and understanding of prompt-based attack vectors.
- Security+ or equivalent certification.
- Experience with SOAR platforms (Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk SOAR).

- Prioritize cybersecurity profiles with enterprise or BFSI exposure wherever available.
- Capture profile stage, agency rate, client billing rate and CM% in the profile-level tracker.
- Share shortlisted profiles with clear fitment notes against must-have skills.
