The Opportunity
As an Operator in our Security Operations Centre (SOC) you will work as part of a multi-skilled team overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and providing support and monitoring to our out-of-hours teams.
This role offers excellent opportunities for development and progression, and the successful candidate will undergo full training prior to undertaking the role. You will be part of a close and mission focused team from the start.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):
- Provide a professional, efficient, and approachable security service whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to clients, staff and visitors always
- To be able to escalate to the correct level, manage information and reporting, resolve challenges and issues quickly by providing informed and fast decisions.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports which are sent to clients and managers in line with Dardan Security's Company Policy
- Monitoring and responding to CCTV systems
- Provide telephone and email support as required
- Monitoring Staff Welfare via check call system
- Assisting with resourcing, with looking to cover shifts as required
- Overseeing the Mobile Patrol and Response Team, completing alarm response reports and actions
- Providing an out-of-hours telephone answering system for Dardan's clients
Full in-house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Valid CCTV SIA Licence (desirable)
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
- Resilient and pro-active in your work
