Job Description

We’re looking for a SOC Analyst – AI to help secure emerging AI-powered workflows, with a strong focus on monitoring, detecting, and responding to security events related to Claude Code usage and other AI workloads.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of SOC operations, detection engineering, and AI security, helping us identify threats such as prompt injection, data exfiltration, anomalous AI usage, authentication abuse, and API-based attacks.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor SIEM dashboards, alerts, and audit logs for AI/Claude Code-related anomalies
  • Investigate and triage security events including: unusual prompt volume/activity
  • DLP triggers
  • Authentication failures
  • Suspicious API/web traffic patterns
  • Escalate confirmed incidents and support AI-focused incident response
  • Develop, tune, and refine SIEM detection rules for AI-specific threats
  • Conduct daily audit log reviews and produce weekly security metrics reports
  • Maintain and improve SOC runbooks for AI/LLM incident response
  • Participate in incident response exercises and tabletop scenarios focused on AI threats
  • Map detections and incident patterns to the MITRE ATT&CK framework

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a SOC or security monitoring role
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or IBM QRadar
  • Strong investigation, analytical, and threat triage skills
  • Good understanding of API security and web traffic analysis
  • Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/LLM technologies and prompt-based attack vectors
  • Understanding of AI security risks such as prompt injection and data leakage
  • Security+ or equivalent certification
  • Experience with SOAR platforms such as Palo Alto XSOAR or Splunk SOAR
