Security Programme Manager
6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | ASAP Start (must be available with a maximum 2 week notice period)
Remote with visits to London
We're looking for an experienced Security Programme Manager to lead a large-scale security transformation programme within a complex, multi-business organisation.
Working closely with senior security leadership, you'll drive the delivery of a group-wide security roadmap, standardising security processes, governance, and operating models across multiple business units following acquisitions.

- Lead enterprise-wide security transformation programmes.
- Deliver the security roadmap across Information Security, Security Operations, and GRC.
- Drive change across multiple business units with differing processes and security maturity.
- Manage senior stakeholders and overcome resistance to change.
- Standardise security tooling, governance, and operating models.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale security transformation programmes.
- Background delivering change across complex, multi-business organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
- Good understanding of Information Security, Security Operations, and GRC.
- Knowledge of Microsoft security environments and technologies such as Palo Alto Networks (ideally)

Contract Details
- 6-month initial contract (potential to extend or become permanent)
- Inside IR35
- Rate DOE
- ASAP start (candidates available within two weeks)
