Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales Leadership

Lead end-to-end sales engagements for Accenture’s security offerings:
- Cyber resilience
- Cyber protection
- Cyber strategy (governance, cloud, AI, risk assessments, identity & access management, cyber security services)

Work with Accenture’s industry-specific security teams (leveraging insights like governance, regulation, and technical capabilities)
Sales CaptureLead Specifics
- Oversee Origination → Qualification → Pursuit → Closure pipeline, ensuring conversion to revenue.
- Shape large-scale, complex cybersecurity deals from inception to contract signing.
Account Management
- Prospecting & Client Engagement:
- Lead and qualify new opportunities:
- Existing network
- Cold outreach
- Networking events
- Social channels
- Align with Board and C-Suite clients for discussions on strategic security enhancements.
- Lead and qualify new opportunities:
- Strategic Value Propositions:
- Develop and communicate tailored solutions addressing client threats and compliance pain points.
- Prove ROI and persuade action, adapting to changing circumstances and competitive pressure.

Relationship Management
- Build and nurture external partnerships (clients, prospects) and internal collaboration (Accenture, ecosystem partners).

Essential Experience & Skills
Core Requirements
- 10+ years of client-facing experience, with demonstrated closing of large-scale cyber programs.
- Proven sales track record, including:
- Consistently meeting/exceeding 3-5 year average targets.
- Strong ability to prospect and onboard organizations into the cybersecurity space.
- Experienced managing Board and C-Suite engagements, articulating high-value security investments.
- Proven negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Values-driven:* Sales mindset with revenue focus and a track record of exceptional client satisfaction.
- CRM & Sales Tool Proficiency: Monitoring purchase pipelines and client engagement metrics.
- Cyber Threat & Compliance Knowledge:
- Familiarity with cyber regulation within advanced sectors (e.g. financial services, OIL & Gas).
- Expertise in framework adaptation (NIST, NIS2) and ISO27001, CIS controls familiarisation.

- Child of Advanced Technical Security Frameworks: AI security, NIST frameworks, cloud architecture recommendations.
