That is why your contribution as a Security Shift Leader is so important.

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Hotel is our largest hotel with 1025 bedrooms.

Shift Pattern

  • 2 Day shifts
  • 2 Night shifts
  • 4 Offs (12 hours per shift)

As Our Security Shift Leader, You Will Receive

  • Salary: £14.58 per hour plus excellent benefits
  • Subsidised Travel arrangements after midnight (if applicable)

We Are Looking For a Security Shift Leader Who

  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and can connect with others
  • Ensures employees, guests and visitors’ safety and security within the hotel
  • Is knowledgeable in all security and safety standard operating procedures and fully trained in the hotel emergency, crisis procedures and evacuation protocols
  • Will effectively manage their department and be a hands-on shift leader
  • Is available to work Day and Night shifts.
  • Has previous experience as a Senior Security Officer or Security Shift Leader
